Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains when and how you may cancel a purchase of PERFORMIQ (“PERFORMIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) online tattoo education programs and when refunds may be available. Because our Services consist of digital educational content that is made available to you immediately upon purchase, the terms below are designed to be clear and fair to both you and us. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of our products
PERFORMIQ sells digital programs, including on-demand video training, downloadable learning resources, workshops, skill-development programs, and certificate courses. Once a program is unlocked, you gain immediate access to its content. Because of the nature of digital goods, access cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can, and this affects the refund terms described below.
2. Fourteen-day satisfaction window
We want you to feel confident in your enrolment. For most one-time program purchases, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed a substantial portion of the program. As a general guide, “substantial” means you have consumed more than twenty percent (20%) of the program’s lessons, downloaded the full set of resource files, or generated a certificate of completion. If you have done any of these, the program is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund under this window. This satisfaction window is offered by PERFORMIQ in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact the education desk using the details at the end of this Policy. Please include the email address associated with your account, the name of the program, and the date of purchase. We may ask a short question or two to understand your reason, both to process your request and to help us improve. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
4. Non-refundable items
The following are generally not eligible for a refund: programs where you have exceeded the usage threshold described above; certificate courses for which a certificate has already been issued; downloadable resource bundles once the files have been downloaded; promotional, discounted, or bundled purchases where the offer was expressly stated to be final sale; and any purchase where we determine, acting reasonably, that a refund is being sought abusively or fraudulently, including repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
5. Subscription and instalment cancellations
If you are enrolled on a subscription or instalment basis, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us or using any self-service cancellation option provided. Cancellation stops future scheduled charges; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, and you will generally retain access to the content covered by payments already made through the end of that period unless stated otherwise. Amounts already invoiced under an instalment plan for content you have already accessed remain payable.
6. Price changes and promotions
If the price of a program changes after your purchase, you are not entitled to a refund of the difference. If you purchased at a promotional price, any refund, where permitted, will be calculated on the amount you actually paid, not the standard price.
7. Access interruptions
We work to keep the Services available, but occasional maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. Short interruptions do not by themselves entitle you to a refund. If a program becomes permanently unavailable through no fault of your own and we are unable to provide comparable access, we will work with you in good faith to provide a fair remedy, which may include restored access or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so that we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the matter is reviewed. Where a chargeback is raised for a purchase that was validly made and accessed, we reserve the right to contest it and to provide the payment provider with evidence of your enrolment and use of the content.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such laws grant you rights that exceed those described here, those rights apply.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. The Policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
